Ingredients
9 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, divided
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 cup uncooked quick or old fashioned oats
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups sliced ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread; set aside.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg in large bowl. Stir in oats; set aside.

Beat eggs, remaining 9 tablespoons Spread (1/2 cup), buttermilk, lemon juice and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until blended. Beat in bananas, raisins and walnuts. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Evenly pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan and cool completely.
