Herbed Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley, oregano and/or basil)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread (about 12 oz.), sliced lengthwise

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except bread in small bowl. Arrange bread on baking sheet. Spread with herb mixture. Broil* until golden.
  • *TIP: Bake aluminum foil-wrapped bread in preheated 425° oven for 25 minutes.
