Mexican-Style Flounder
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pitted ripe olives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. grated lime peel
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1-1/4 lbs. flounder or tilapia fillets
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except flounder in small bowl.
- Arrange flounder in jelly-roll or baking pan lined with aluminum foil, then sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top flounder with Spread mixture.
- Broil 6 minutes or until flounder flakes with fork. Serve with pan juices.
