Grilled Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread (about 12 oz.), halved lengthwise
  • 20 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and halved
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley, oregano and/or basil) OR 1 tsp. mixed dried herbs

Directions

  1. Spray cut-side of bread with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original. Grill, cut-side down, pressing gently, until bread is golden and toasted, about 2 minutes.
  2. Immediately rub with cut-side of garlic, then sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Grill covered, cut-side up, until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
