Baby Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
1 cup reduced sodium fat free chicken broth
1 bag (16 oz.) fresh or frozen baby carrots
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
Directions
Bring broth, carrots and sugar to a boil over high heat in 10-inch skillet. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered until carrots are tender and liquid is syrupy, about 25 minutes. Stir in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread until melted.
