Ingredients

  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen assorted vegetables, prepared according to package directions
  • 20 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Drain cooked vegetables, then pat dry with paper towels. Spray hot vegetables with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil in large bowl, then turn into 8-inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Roast until vegetables and cheese are golden, about 30 minutes.
