Star Spangled Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (15 oz.) I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry preserves or jam
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 3 Tbsp. blueberry preserves or jam

Directions

  1. Evenly divide I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread into 3 bowls. In first bowl, stir in strawberry preserves. In second bowl, stir in lemon peel, then in third bowl, stir in blueberry preserves.
  2. Layer 3 Spread mixtures in serving bowl or butter crock, starting with strawberry, lemon, then blueberry. Garnish, if desired, with a slice of star fruit. Serve with your favorite toast.
