Directions
Add potatoes, 1 cup chicken broth and enough cold water to cover potatoes in 4-quart saucepot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain.
Beat potatoes with remaining ingredients with electric mixer on low speed, or with potato masher, until smooth and creamy.
