Oven-Roasted Asparagus


  • 1 lb. asparagus
  • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; arrange in 1-1/2-quart baking dish. Roast 20 minutes or until asparagus are tender. Garnish, if desired, with grated lemon peel and serve with lemon wedges.
  • NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
