- 1 lb. asparagus
- 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl; arrange in 1-1/2-quart baking dish. Roast 20 minutes or until asparagus are tender. Garnish, if desired, with grated lemon peel and serve with lemon wedges.
- NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
