1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives or onion
Directions
Blend egg whites, water and pepper in medium bowl with wire whisk.
Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chives, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium and stir in egg white mixture and cook until eggs are set, about 8 minutes.
