Spray generously 12-inch nonstick skillet with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original. Add 1/2 of the shrimp and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic and cook 30 seconds. Sprinkle with 1-1/2 teaspoons parsley and remove to platter; keep warm. Wipe out skillet with damp paper towel. Repeat above with remaining ingredients. Garnish, if desired, with lemon.
