  1. Melt 2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and cook 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic, stirring occasionally, 30 seconds. Add 1 cup fresh 1/2-inch French or Italian bread cubes and toss to coat. Cook 12 minutes, tossing frequently, until bread is toasted. Serve on your favorite salad.
