Roasted Rosemary & Garlic New Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Light Spread, melted
  • 1 1/4 lbs. small red new potatoes, rinsed and quartered
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In shallow roasting pan, combine all ingredients. Roast, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are crisp-tender and golden brown.
