Ghostly Mashed Potatoes

  • 3 lbs. all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 2 pitted ripe olives, cut into 1/4-inch slices


  1. Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 15 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
  2. Return potatoes to saucepot; mash. Stir in remaining ingredients except olives. Pipe or spoon potato mixture into ''ghosts'' on serving platter. Press 2 olive slices onto each ghost for ''eyes''.

NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
