Grilled Salmon With Lemon-Herb Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano, marjoram or tarragon leaves
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 salmon fillets (about 1 lb.)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients except salmon in small bowl. Grill or broil salmon, turning once, until salmon flakes with a fork. Top with lemon-herb spread and serve, if desired, with lemon wedges.
