  1. Steam carrots and raisins on stove top or in microwave oven until tender; drain.
  2. Stir in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, honey, lemon juice and ginger. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with almonds. Serve hot.

NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
