Caprese Panini

  • 2 thick slices fresh mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.)
  • 2 large fresh basil leaves
  • 2 thick slices tomato
  • 2 thick slices ciabatta bread or rustic Italian bread
  • 1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks


  1. Layer cheese, basil and tomato on bread. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Top with remaining bread. Spread outside of sandwich with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks.
  2. Cook sandwich in large nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning once and pressing lightly, 4 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

TIP: Try cooking on the grill!
