- 2 thick slices fresh mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.)
- 2 large fresh basil leaves
- 2 thick slices tomato
- 2 thick slices ciabatta bread [or rustic Italian bread]
- 1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks
- Layer cheese, basil and tomato on bread. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Top with remaining bread. Spread outside of sandwich with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks.
- Cook sandwich in large nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning once and pressing lightly, 4 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- TIP: Try cooking on the grill!
