Goat Cheese & Roasted Red Pepper Panini

  • 2 slices crusty multi-grain bread
  • 2 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed arugula
  • 1/4 cup drained roasted red peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks


  1. Spread bread evenly with goat cheese. Top with arugula and roasted peppers, then remaining bread. Spread outside of sandwich with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks.
  2. Cook sandwich in large skillet over medium heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve, if desired, with your favorite soup.
