Mexican-Style Flounder

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pitted ripe olives
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. grated lime peel
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 1/4 lbs. flounder fillets or tilapia fillets

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except flounder in small bowl.
  2. Arrange flounder in jelly-roll or baking pan lined with aluminum foil, then sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top flounder with Spread mixture.
  3. Broil 6 minutes or until flounder flakes with fork. Serve with pan juices.
