Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 20 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup [or pancake syrup ] (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves

Directions

  1. Cover carrots with water in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook 8 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain well.
  2. Spray carrots with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original and remaining ingredients.
