Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 package (16 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed (or about 2 cups fresh peas)
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley leaves (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add peas and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in parsley and black pepper.
