Peppermint Bark Cookies


  • 1 package (9 oz.) chocolate wafer cookies, finely ground
  • 1 stick I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks, melted
  • 1 package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 package (12 oz.) white chocolate chips, melted
  • 25 hard peppermint candies, crushed


  1. Line 13X9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray with no-stick spray; set aside.
  2. Combine cookies, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks and semi-sweet chocolate in large bowl. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Press into even layer with bottom of glass wrapped in plastic wrap.
  3. Spread white chocolate evenly over crust. Sprinkle with peppermint. Press gently to adhere. Chill 20 minutes or until firm. To serve, break into pieces.
