Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® made with Olive Oil Spread
  • 2 lbs. small red potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tsp. fresh sage leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® made with Olive Oil Spread in shallow roasting pan in oven about 2 minutes. Stir in potatoes, sage and garlic. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Roast, stirring twice, 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden and crisp.
