Toasted Sun-Dried Tomato Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped, drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 1 shallot or small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread (about 12 in. long), halved lengthwise

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients except bread in small bowl. Evenly spread bread with sun-dried tomato mixture.
  2. Arrange bread on baking sheet and broil until golden. Slice and serve.
