Toasted Sun-Dried Tomato Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped, drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1 shallot or small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 loaf French or Italian bread (about 12 in. long), halved lengthwise
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except bread in small bowl. Evenly spread bread with sun-dried tomato mixture.
- Arrange bread on baking sheet and broil until golden. Slice and serve.
