Tuscan-Style Fettuccine With Artichokes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 2 cans (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 box (16 oz.) fettuccine or linguine, cooked and drained
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook artichokes, basil, oregano, garlic and pepper, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Add chicken broth and cook 5 minutes or until heated through. To serve, toss sauce with hot fettuccine and sprinkle with cheese.
