Roasted Rosemary & Garlic New Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Light Spread, melted
- 1-1/4 lbs. small red new potatoes, rinsed and quartered
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves or 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- In shallow roasting pan, combine all ingredients. Roast, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are crisp-tender and golden brown.
