Broccoli Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® made with Olive Oil Spread
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large (12-inch) prebaked pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® made with Olive Oil Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook broccoli, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until tender. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, 1 minute; set aside.
  3. Arrange pizza crust on ungreased baking sheet. Evenly spread Sauce on crust, then top with broccoli mixture and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
