4 Lipton® White Tea with Island Mango & Peach Flavors Pyramid Tea Bags
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
1/2 tsp. salt
3 lbs. butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces (about 7 cups)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray 13 X 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Bring water to a boil in 1-quart saucepan over high heat. Remove from heat. Add Lipton® White Tea with Island Mango & Peach Flavors Pyramid Tea Bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze. Stir in brown sugar, Spread and salt.
Arrange squash in prepared baking dish. Evenly pour in tea mixture; toss to coat. Roast, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until squash is tender and golden.
