Glazed Herbed Carrots
Ingredients
1 package (16 oz.) baby carrots
1/4 cup fat free reduced sodium chicken or vegetable broth
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Light Spread
1 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves, crushed (optional)
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, bring carrots and broth to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook covered 8 minutes or until carrots are tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until Spread is melted and carrots are glazed.
