Roasted Idaho & Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium all-purpose potatoes (about 1 lb.), peeled, if desired, and cut into large chunks
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes or yams (about 1 lb.), peeled, if desired, and cut into large chunks
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Light Spread, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, combine all ingredients. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden.
