- 1 cup reduced sodium fat free chicken broth
- 1 bag (16 oz.) fresh or frozen baby carrots
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread
Bring broth, carrots and sugar to a boil over high heat in large skillet. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered until carrots are tender and liquid is syrupy, about 25 minutes. Stir in I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread until melted.
