Ingredients
- 1/2 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks
- 2 packages (13 oz. ea.) frozen cheese blintzes
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Pour melted I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks into 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Arrange frozen blintzes in single layer in baking dish, turning to coat.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl with wire whisk; pour over blintzes. Bake 45 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown.
