  • Preheat oven to 350°.

  • Pour melted I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks into 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Arrange frozen blintzes in single layer in baking dish, turning to coat.

  • Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl with wire whisk; pour over blintzes. Bake 45 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown.
