- 1 Bagel
- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!
- 1⁄2 cup Spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheese
Butter both insides of bagel, toast.
Butter pan, add spinach and cook for 1-2 mins or until wilted. Add 1 egg, cook for 2
minutes, then flip, cook 1 min. Remove from heat/pan
Add 1 slice of cheese to bagel, then egg on top of cheese. Serve.
