  • To assemble grilled cheese: Take 2 slices sourdough bread, spread ICBINB on the outside
    of each slice. Add cheese slice, turkey, tomato, and avocado slices, then another slice of
    cheese. Add bread to top, butter side facing up. Repeat for 2nd sandwich.


  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add sandwiches to the pan, and cook 4-5
    minutes over medium heat. Flip when lightly golden. Cook 1-2 more minutes, taking
    care not to burn.


  • Remove, cut in half, enjoy!
