- 4 eggs
- dash of milk
- 2 tsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread
- 1 Avocado
- 2 TBLS. herb cream cheese
- 2 flour tortillas shells
- ketchup or hot sauce
Whisk the eggs with a dash of milk.
In a large pan, warm the tortillas on low. Keep a lid on so they stay soft.
In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® and pour in the eggs. Using a spatula, swirl a figure 8 for 1 minute. Once set, add the cream cheese and turn off the heat.
Lay out the tortillas and spread a bit of ketchup or hot sauce. Add the eggs and fold in the sides.
Roll up into a burrito and wrap in foil for a great breakfast to go!
