- 1 1/2 lbs. sweet potatoes, (about 3 medium), peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1/4 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 8-inch square baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
Arrange potatoes, in slightly overlapping rows, in prepared baking dish. Drizzle with melted I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread.
Cover baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine pecans, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in small bowl.
Sprinkle potatoes evenly with pecan mixture. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
