  • Melt 1 tablespoon I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook almonds, stirring frequently, until toasted, about 2 minutes; remove and set aside.

  • Melt remaining 3 tablespoons Spread in same skillet over medium-high heat. Add kale, farro, and cumin and cook, tossing, until kale is wilted and mixture is hot, about 2 minutes.

  • Stir in lime juice, then avocado. Spoon into lettuce leaves and sprinkle with almonds.
