Fudge Brownie Sundaes

  • 1/2 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread

  • 3 oz unsweetened chocolate

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 6 cups Breyers® Vanilla Fudge Twirl

  • 3/4 cup chocolate syrup

  • 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans


  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, then grease foil; set aside.

  • Microwave I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread with chocolate in large microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is melted; stir until smooth. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla with wire whisk. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Spread into prepared pan.

  • Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Lift brownies using foil onto cutting board. Cut into 12 squares.

  • Arrange brownies on dessert plates. Top each with 1/2 cup scoop Breyers® Vanilla Fudge Twirl, then evenly drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with pecans.
