- 1/2 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread
- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 cups Breyers® Vanilla Fudge Twirl
- 3/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
Preheat oven to 350°. Line 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, then grease foil; set aside.
Microwave I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread with chocolate in large microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is melted; stir until smooth. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla with wire whisk. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Lift brownies using foil onto cutting board. Cut into 12 squares.
Arrange brownies on dessert plates. Top each with 1/2 cup scoop Breyers® Vanilla Fudge Twirl, then evenly drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with pecans.
