- 1/4 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Olive Oil Spread”
- 2 lbs. small red potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp. fresh sage leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
Preheat oven to 425°.
Melt I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® made with Olive Oil Spread in shallow roasting pan in oven about 2 minutes. Stir in potatoes, sage and garlic. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.
Roast, stirring twice, 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden and crisp.
