Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Light Spread
- 3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano, marjoram or tarragon leaves
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 salmon fillets (about 12 oz.)
Directions
Blend all ingredients except salmon in small bowl. Grill or broil salmon, turning once, until salmon flakes with a fork. Top with lemon-herb spread and serve, if desired, with lemon wedges.
