- 2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces, skin removed
- 4 cups baby carrots
- 2 large onions, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
- 30 sprays I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Butter Spray
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 425°.
Arrange chicken and vegetables in bottom of broiler pan without rack; spray 20 times with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spray Original, then sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Roast uncovered 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender.
Spray vegetables before serving with remaining 10 Sprays.
