High Protein Breakfast Omelette

  • 1⁄2 tbsp ICBINB

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1⁄4 c. diced cooked chicken breast

  • 1⁄4 c. cheese

  • 2 tbsp green onion

  • 1⁄4 cup diced bell pepper

  • 1⁄4 cup diced broccoli


  • Bring a medium sized frying pan to medium heat. Add 1⁄2 tbsp of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! and melt.

  • Add 3 egg whites. After about 30 seconds sprinkle on diced chicken breast, bell pepper, broccoli, and cheese.

  • Cover for 1-2 minutes or until the top of the omelette begins to solidify.
