I Can’t Believe They’re Buttermilk Biscuits

  • Preheat oven to 450°.

  • Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Cut in I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread with pastry blender or two knives, until mixture is size of fine crumbs. Stir in 1 cup milk until soft dough forms.

  • Lightly knead dough on floured surface, with floured hands until smooth. Press or roll to 3/4 inch thick. With 2-1/2-inch cutter, cut out biscuits and arrange on ungreased baking sheet. Re-roll remaining dough to cut more biscuits. Brush biscuits with remaining 1 tablespoon milk.

  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until bottoms are golden. Serve warm or cool completely on wire rack.
