- 20 cauliflower gnocchi pieces (fried with ICBINB)
- 20 sun-dried tomatoes
- 20 cubes of pineapple
- 20 toothpicks/short skewers

Cut and dice 20 1-2 inch cubes of fresh pineapple.
Drain sun-dried tomatoes and portion 20 pieces.
Add 1 tbsp I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! for a frying pan on medium heat.
Fry cauliflower gnocchi as directed.
Assemble mini skewers and serve.
