- ¾ lbs. salmon filet
- 1.5 c. water
- 1 sprig dill
- 1 tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread
- 1 slice fresh lemon
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Pour water into your pressure cooker.
Spray trivet with non stick spray to avoid skin sticking.
Place salmon with skin side down on to your trivet.
Place slice of lemon on top of salmon.
Put 1 tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® on top of that.
Sprinkle pcs. from your fresh sprig of dill on top of your fish.
Lower trivet into your pressure cooker.
Close lid and steam valve and set to high pressure for 4 min.
Do a quick release.
Lift trivet out and move fish to a plate.
Sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper on fish if desired and serve.
