Pressure Cooker Salmon

    Ingredients

    Directions

    • Pour water into your pressure cooker.


    • Spray trivet with non stick spray to avoid skin sticking.


    • Place salmon with skin side down on to your trivet.


    • Place slice of lemon on top of salmon.


    • Put 1 tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® on top of that.


    • Sprinkle pcs. from your fresh sprig of dill on top of your fish.


    • Lower trivet into your pressure cooker.


    • Close lid and steam valve and set to high pressure for 4 min.


    • Do a quick release.


    • Lift trivet out and move fish to a plate.


    • Sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper on fish if desired and serve.
