Ingredients
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread
- 2 slices prosciutto (about 1/2 oz.), divided
- 1 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers, divided
- 1/2 cup loosely packed baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
Evenly spread I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread on one side of each bread slice. Arrange 2 slices of bread, spread-side-down, in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Evenly top bread with prosciutto, red pepper, spinach, cheese, then remaining bread, spread-side-up. Cook, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
