Ingredients
- 24 shrimp defrosted
- 1 tbsp I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!
- Hot sauce
- 6 white corn tortillas
- 1⁄2 avocado sliced
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1⁄2 cup cheese shredded
- 1 tomato diced
- Cilantro
Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees. Wrap the corn tortillas in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bring 1 frying pan to medium heat. Add 1 tbsp ICINB to each. Once melted start your thawed shrimp in pan (option: add a sprinkle of garlic powder).
Place the wrapped corn tortillas in the oven for 5 minutes. After 3 minutes flip the shrimp.
After the remaining two minutes, remove both the shrimp and tortillas from heat and assemble tacos dividing the ingredients equally between 6 tortillas.
Drizzle with hot sauce and sprinkle with cilantro as desired.
