Shrimp Tacos

  • 24 shrimp defrosted

  • 1 tbsp I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!

  • Hot sauce

  • 6 white corn tortillas

  • 1⁄2 avocado sliced

  • 1 cup lettuce shredded

  • 1⁄2 cup cheese shredded

  • 1 tomato diced

  • Cilantro

  • Set oven to 350 degrees. Wrap the corn tortillas in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.

  • Bring 1 frying pan to medium heat. Add 1 tbsp ICINB to each. Once melted start your thawed shrimp in pan (option: add a sprinkle of garlic powder).

  • Place the wrapped corn tortillas in the oven for 5 minutes. After 3 minutes flip the shrimp.

  • After the remaining two minutes, remove both the shrimp and tortillas from heat and assemble tacos dividing the ingredients equally between 6 tortillas.

  • Drizzle with hot sauce and sprinkle with cilantro as desired.
