- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1/2 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10 slices whole wheat bread, torn into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish or casserole; set aside.
Beat eggs, granulated sugar, milk, 1/4 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks, vanilla and salt in large bowl with wire whisk. Stir in bread until evenly coated. Turn into prepared dish.
Combine pecans, brown sugar and remaining 1/4 cup Believe It’s Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks in small bowl until blended. Evenly spoon topping over bread.
Bake uncovered 50 minutes or until set. Serve warm and, if desired, with Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.
