  • 1/2 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread

  • 2 cans (14 oz. ea.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

  • 2 Tbsp. garlic

  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 box (16 oz.) fettuccine or linguine, cooked and drained

  • Grated Parmesan cheese


  • Melt I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook artichokes, basil, oregano, garlic and pepper, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Add chicken broth and cook 5 minutes or until heated through. To serve, toss sauce with hot fettuccine and sprinkle with cheese.
