White Chocolate ‘N Cranberry Cookie Bars

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, then spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

  • Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.

  • Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in small bowl with wire whisk; set aside.

  • Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; let cool slightly. Slowly stir in egg mixture, then flour mixture until blended. Stir in remaining chips and cranberries. Evenly spread into prepared pan.

  • Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely on wire rack. To serve, cut into bars.
